The follow-up reminder app that brings the message with it
Put people on a cadence once. On the day a follow-up is due, the message is already written from what you know about them. Read it, tap send, and the reminder for that person resets. The one who replied? No reminder at all.

The problem with reminder apps
A reminder tells you to follow up. It does not write the follow-up, it does not know what you talked about last time, and it fires whether or not the person already replied. So the reminder gets snoozed, and the follow-up doesn't happen. Capstone Outreach is a reminder app where the reminder arrives with the message already written.
What it does
- Reminds you with the draft attached. On the day a follow-up is due, the message is already written from your notes and history with that person. You read it and tap send.
- Recurring keep-in-touch cadences. Weekly, every two or three weeks, monthly, quarterly. Say what each check-in should be about in a sentence, and every draft is steered by it.
- Knows who's due. The Keep in touch tab shows who is due this week and who is coming up. Long-press to stop; tap to change the cadence.
- Stops when they reply. A reply pauses the cadence. No reminder to follow up with someone who already answered.
- Bulk, not one by one. Select everyone you added this week, or everyone quiet for 90 days, or everyone tagged "donor," and put them on a cadence in one tap.
- Sends as you. Email from your own Gmail or Outlook; texts and WhatsApp from your own number.
How to set it up in two minutes
- Open the Keep in touch tab and tap Add people.
- Pick who: search, filter by tag or tier, or use "added this month" and "quiet 90+ days."
- Pick the cadence and the channel, and say what the check-in should be about.
- Done. Drafts arrive on the day; you approve each one.
Who it is for
Anyone with more relationships than memory: agents with a sphere, consultants with a quiet pipeline, fundraisers with a donor list, founders who met two hundred people this year and follow up with ten. The cadence system and the intervals by business are on this site if you want the method before the app.
It's on the App Store now. Scan the card, say what you talked about, approve the draft, and it sends from your own number or inbox. Put people on a cadence and the check-ins write themselves.

Frequently asked questions
Is there an app that reminds you to follow up with people?
Yes. Capstone Outreach for iPhone puts contacts on a keep-in-touch cadence (weekly to quarterly) and, on the day a follow-up is due, delivers the message already drafted from your history with that person. You approve and send from your own number or inbox. The Keep in touch tab shows who is due this week.
How is this different from a reminder in my calendar or CRM?
A calendar reminder tells you to write something. This one arrives with the message written, steered by a sentence you gave it about that person, and it stops reminding you the moment they reply. It also handles hundreds of people at once instead of one reminder each.
Can I set different cadences for different people?
Yes. One cadence per contact, and you can set them in bulk: everyone tagged donor monthly by email, everyone you met at the summit every three weeks by text, and so on. Change or stop any one of them from their contact page.
Does it send the follow-up automatically?
It drafts and queues it automatically. A person always approves and sends; nothing goes to a contact without you. Approved emails send from your own Gmail or Outlook; texts and WhatsApp go from your own number when you tap send.
What does it cost?
$24.99 a month through Apple after a 14-day free trial, or $250 a year. The same account works on the web app.
