"What did I promise Dana on pricing?" Claude reads the dated meeting notes on Dana's record and answers. Your CRM becomes searchable from the place you already think.

Approval is off-limits to Claude unless you grant the separate, never-pre-checked send permission, and even then only for a draft you tell it to send.

Not unless you allow it. Out of the box Claude proposes drafts and you approve them. The optional Trigger sends permission lets Claude approve or schedule a specific draft when you tell it to; leave it unticked and approval stays with a signed-in person.
