Claude or ChatGPT records the meeting and drafts the follow-up. You approve, and it sends from your own inbox. Your agent can't send on its own.
Already keep your CRM in a chat, or built your own with Claude Code? Add the parts an agent shouldn't improvise: meeting recording, a memory of what each person said, and sending from your own inbox only after you approve.
Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP agent. No tool can send without you.
A study of 20 million LinkedIn members found that acquaintances, more than close friends, led to new jobs (Science, 2022). Capstone keeps those people warm. You approve every message, and it goes from your own email or phone.
Capstone Outreach is the personal CRM that writes your check-ins. Your agent is how you talk to it. Ask in plain words, and the agent picks the right tool.
Send a notetaker into a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex call. Or turn on auto-record once, and it joins your external meetings by itself. Internal meetings are skipped.
After each call, a follow-up per attendee is drafted from what was said. Your agent can read it, revise it, or propose a full sequence of email and text steps.
"What did I promise Dana on pricing?" The agent reads the dated meeting notes on her record. It can also find people you met who went quiet.
"WhatsApp Dana: thanks for today, proposal by Friday." The message is queued on your phone, and you send it from your own number or WhatsApp account.
Put contacts on a weekly, monthly or quarterly cadence. When one is due, you get the drafted message. Nothing goes to the contact without you.
Import a list, add someone you just met, or fix a contact's details. Contacts are matched by email, so nothing gets duplicated.
The approval step stays with you. That is what makes it safe to hand an agent your follow-ups.
By default no tool approves or sends. You approve each draft in Capstone Outreach, on the web or your phone. Approved email sends from your own Gmail or Outlook.
There is one separate send permission, and it is never pre-checked. Grant it only if you want to say "approve that one for 9am" from chat.
You accept the recording notice once, in the app. The agent can turn auto-record on or off after that, but never consent for you.
Each permission is chosen on a consent screen. Every action is logged against the agent's token, and revoking the token stops it at once.

Not on its own. Out of the box ChatGPT can draft, revise and propose follow-ups, and you approve them in Capstone Outreach. Approved emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook.
There is one opt-in: if you grant the separate send permission, which is never pre-checked, the agent can approve a specific draft when you tell it to.
Capstone Outreach connects as a custom app in ChatGPT's developer mode. OpenAI lists developer mode for Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Education accounts on the web. In a Business workspace, an admin turns it on.
Yes. Capstone Outreach runs a standard MCP server at https://www.capstoneoutreach.com/mcp/. claude.ai and ChatGPT connect with an OAuth sign-in; Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients connect with a scoped API token.
